Why Blaine Homeowners Choose Bindi & Bird
Blaine sits right on the water at the top of Washington, where Drayton Harbor and Semiahmoo Bay meet. Neighbors walk the waterfront at Blaine Marine Park, watch the boats come and go from the harbor, and visit the gardens at Peace Arch Park, where the flower beds are planted each summer in the colors of both countries’ flags.
Homes in Blaine often feature large windows, waterfront views, and bright natural light from the bay. Window coverings need to manage sunlight, protect privacy, and still let you enjoy the view. We design custom blinds and shades that complement the architecture of your home while providing smooth operation and precise light control.
Our goal is simple: window treatments that look beautiful and function perfectly every day.
Harbor and Bay Views
Solar and roller shades soften the bright western light off the water while keeping Drayton Harbor and Semiahmoo Bay in sight.
Golden Sunsets
Motorized shades can lower on their own when the evening sun is strongest and rise again after sunset.
Privacy With Daylight
Top-Down/Bottom-Up shades keep street-facing rooms private while daylight comes in across the top.
Condos and Communities
Window Coverings for Blaine Condos and HOAs
Many Blaine condos and planned communities have guidelines for how window coverings look from the outside, often calling for white or neutral backings. We help you choose fabrics and liners that meet your community’s guidelines while still giving each room the color, texture, and light control you want inside.
We are happy to review your association’s requirements during your consultation so everything is approved and looks cohesive from day one.
